Wood roasted chicken - roasted grapes, Chianti jus (gf)(df)
Pumpkin alla brace - watercress, ricotta salata, almond, lemon oil (gf)(v)
Roast potatoes - confit garlic, Adriatic herbs (gf)(v)(df)
